Flexible assembly embodied AI robot goes live
From batch automation to flexible embodied intelligence: a real project for non-standard parts pre-assembly and flexible assembly.

Project background
The customer is a leading high-end intelligent equipment manufacturer serving photovoltaic, lithium battery and semiconductor industries across global production sites.
The production pattern is high-mix, low-volume and frequently changing. As products iterate, the site needs better assembly quality, process traceability and rapid adaptation for new products.
The project starts from typical benchmark components and builds a stable, fast-changeover and scalable flexible embodied assembly cell.
Project scope
The project covers the complete system of line body, robot, perception, software and model.
Flexible workstation
Line, workstation, material racks, positioning tooling, rotary station and safety fence.
Robot system
Mobile or fixed robot, collaborative arm, quick-change end tools and gripping tools.
Vision and force control
2D/3D industrial cameras, visual positioning and compensation.
Software and models
Task management, program/model library, operation records, reports and configuration.
Project value
The project integrates visual perception, force feedback, robot control and intelligent models into real assembly processes.
