On May 16, a Tier1 supplier for new energy vehicles (NEVs) and a leading Chinese NEV OEM successfully held a “Data Integration Summary & Exchange” event at the supplier’s facility. As the core system provider and technical enabler for the project, LinkedData was invited to participate and jointly review the results of the collaboration, marking a significant milestone in their digital transformation journey.
During the event, the supplier team presented a comprehensive summary of its data integration progress with the OEM in the Q domain (quality traceability) and D domain (delivery coordination). The scope covered 11 major categories and over 100 subfields, ranging from BOMs, production planning, inventory, work orders, to key processes, incoming inspections, quality checks, OEE data, and downtime records.
The report highlighted that, with LinkedData’s full-cycle support, the project achieved 100% completion of data field integration, laying a solid foundation for ongoing collaborative manufacturing and delivery.
By delivering a data integration solution built on its MOM platform, LinkedData enabled standardized interfaces and system-level data governance across multiple systems and modules between the supplier’s factory and the OEM’s “Lianshan” digital collaboration platform. The data chain presented on-site not only accelerated the OEM’s “Lianshan Plan” implementation, but also helped the supplier achieve a significant leap in its digital collaboration capability.
Throughout the implementation, LinkedData worked closely with the supplier to dissect each data field, refine transmission logic, and validate accuracy. The team overcame challenges such as equipment upgrades, data acquisition limitations, and standard mismatches. After multiple rounds of testing and joint debugging, the project successfully delivered on its promise of data that is accurate, traceable, and reliable.
This event served as both a summary of collaboration outcomes and a living demonstration of the OEM’s “WIN” values—Win-win, Innovation, and Networked Collaboration.
To commemorate this important milestone, the three teams held a symbolic cake-cutting ceremony, marking the beginning of deeper cooperation and joint innovation in the future.
Moving forward, LinkedData will continue to support the supplier in the full-process data integration of upcoming projects, including laser marking with QR codes, equipment parameter collection, anomaly traceability, and CCD image retention. These capabilities will further improve quality transparency and full-process traceability, driving the vision of zero-defect manufacturing.
We believe the true value of digital transformation lies not only in system deployment, but in making every data point visible, understood, and actionable. LinkedData will remain committed to customer-centric innovation, driving the evolution from “system connectivity” to “data trust,” and contributing long-term momentum to the high-quality growth of China’s intelligent manufacturing.
