On the afternoon of May 10, 2025, LinkedData welcomed over ten members of the Wuxi Tsinghua Alumni Association. Led by Secretary-General and Party Branch Secretary Zhu Jing, the alumni visited the LinkedData Future Factory Demo Center and engaged in an in-depth exchange on industry trends, implementation paths, and potential collaboration in the field of intelligent manufacturing. The visit was not only a continuation of “Tsinghua ties” but also a deep dialogue among fellow alumni entrepreneurs.
As the host, Mr. Xiang Jianhai, Founder and General Manager of LinkedData, shared the company’s founding vision and practical journey. He gave an overview of LinkedData’s development path, technological direction, and representative client cases. He emphasized how the company, guided by the mission of “creating zero-loss industrial manufacturing,” continues to innovate amidst the wave of manufacturing transformation and upgrading.
LinkedData is an industrial AI solution provider focused on smart factory scenarios. Through the integration of software and hardware systems and consulting services, the company empowers manufacturers to advance from digital business operations to intelligent factory management.
The core offering is a smart factory platform built on the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) framework, which includes modules such as production execution, quality management, equipment maintenance, and warehouse logistics. These are further integrated with automation hardware, scheduling systems, and IoT data collection to form a complete system that supports both on-site operations and management improvement. The system has been widely adopted across industries including automotive components, industrial equipment, and packaging, balancing quick deployment with long-term evolution.
Inside the Future Factory Demo Center, a space that simulates a real manufacturing environment, LinkedData showcased its core system capabilities through a visual demonstration of typical production workflows. Alumni witnessed a full end-to-end process from order generation and task dispatch to robotic material feeding, laser engraving, digital twins, and robotic unloading — all in real time. The experience highlighted the responsiveness and coordination enabled by digital systems in modern manufacturing.
During the discussion session, alumni drew upon their diverse industry backgrounds to explore challenges in digital implementation, platform ecosystems, and the integration of AI with industrial applications. Ideas clashed and resonated across perspectives — from technology to industry, from experience to trends, from challenges to opportunities. It was a sincere exchange, with no clichés, just real problems and honest responses.
The visit by the Wuxi Tsinghua Alumni Association provided a platform for experience sharing and industrial dialogue, while also offering deeper insights into LinkedData’s philosophy and practices. Against the backdrop of a restructured manufacturing industry and rapid technological evolution, participants gained a more tangible sense of the future of manufacturing and a clearer view of the road ahead.
In her concluding remarks, Secretary-General Zhu Jing noted that the visit allowed alumni to witness firsthand the transformative power of intelligent manufacturing and to reflect on the enduring Tsinghua spirit of “serving the nation through industry.”
Mr. Xiang Jianhai expressed his hope that this exchange would be a starting point for deeper collaboration — through joint research, talent partnerships, and project cooperation — contributing together to the transformation from “Made in China” to “Intelligently Made in China.”
