On May 8, LinkedData successfully held its Q1 2025 staff meeting.

The meeting began with the recognition of Liu, our outstanding employee of Q1 2025. Liu exemplifies LinkedData’s ability to consistently deliver results under high standards and challenging conditions. Her execution and professionalism are a driving force behind the company’s continued progress.

Next, LinkedData officially announced a new round of organizational restructuring. The purpose of this adjustment is to enhance organizational agility and technical synergy, providing a stable and efficient support system for the full-scale implementation of intelligent technologies. By consolidating key functions and streamlining processes, we aim to respond more rapidly to market and customer needs, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of technology deployment and scaling.

The highlight of the meeting was a keynote speech by LinkedData’s Founder and General Manager, Mr. Xiang Jianhai, titled “Challenges and Opportunities in 2025”. He emphasized that the manufacturing industry is undergoing a critical leap from automation to intelligence, especially as the automotive sector enters a key transition towards intelligentization, electrification, and connectivity. Cutting-edge technologies such as AI foundation models, robotics, and intelligent algorithms are becoming the core variables that will define the future competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.

Mr. Xiang stated that LinkedData will significantly ramp up its strategic investment in AI and robotics, with a focus on the following technology paths:

• AI + Manufacturing Operations: Combining large and small AI models to drive intelligent decision-making and optimization in key scenarios such as visual inspection, production scheduling, predictive maintenance, and quality diagnostics.

• Deep Integration of Robotic Systems: In addition to traditional AGVs and robotic arms, the company will explore the practical applications of humanoid robots in flexible manufacturing, on-site services, and assisted operations. We have initiated technical pre-research and ecosystem partnerships aimed at achieving collaborative breakthroughs in complex and dynamic frontline scenarios.

• Upgrading the Smart Factory Platform: We will carry out intelligent restructuring of the LinkedData Smart Factory Platform, including the Smart Factory Base, Manufacturing Operations Management Platform (MOM), Digital Lean Production System (Digital LPS), scheduling system, and the Smart Factory Brain — to continuously deliver end-to-end intelligent manufacturing capabilities to our clients.

The addition of specialized talent in the AI and robotics domain marks an acceleration in our systematic investment in this field. At the same time, we will strengthen joint innovation efforts with universities, research institutes, and leading robotics companies to expedite the engineering implementation of new technologies.
